My philosophy on Training, Physical Therapy and Nutrition is quite simple - restoring, building and promoting health.

To do so I take a holistic approach focusing on often neglected areas such as sleep, hydration, digestion and obviously training and nutrition.

Health is not found in fad diets or meal replacements but in an all encompassing daily passion to make the right choices for your own body.

TRAINING

Training is really a goal and person specific process. In order to produce a truly effective program each client is tested at the beginning of the training process to highlight both strengths and weaknesses.

A suitable program is devised to counter these issues while allowing the client progress towards their desired goal.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

The role of physical therapy when it comes to training is not only to relieve pain but through the use of programming and corrective exercise to restore proper range of motion and strength to the affected area.

This is the approach we take. If needed we can also provide tools such as massage, trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release and many more.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is very diverse field that is not the same for any two people. From a sporting perspective energy demands differ greatly among athletes and sports as does the recovery process.

From a general population perspective I believe in educating my clients about which foods to consume why to consume them and when they should be consumed relative to their training or the time of the day. I do not abide by any specific diet.

CONSULTANCY

Over the past few years Conor has worked on projects for multi-national companies, state bodies and small groups. These range from training staff to helping revamp and build gyms.

This industry has many pitfalls and Conor's goal as a consultant is to help you avoid them.
